Lunara

Lunara marks the opening chapter of The Strand, a new master community in Ras Al Khaimah. Spread across three buildings that share a single, connected setting, it brings together 583 apartments at the centre of the Urban District, the lively core of the community where co-working zones, shops and restaurants line easy, walkable streets. The intention is simple: a residence planned for everyday life over the long term, with the rhythm of a neighbourhood just beyond the front door.

Residences range from one to three bedrooms, and every home opens onto its own balcony or terrace, so the living space carries naturally outdoors. Layouts are considered and efficient, interiors are bright, and finishes are chosen to last. A double-height entrance lobby sets the tone on arrival, while home automation for lighting and air conditioning, high-speed fibre connectivity and controlled-access lobbies support a calm, practical routine.

Shared spaces are arranged for both rest and activity: an infinity pool, a wellness deck, a residents' gym, a clubhouse and a dedicated coworking space, with a children's pool and playground for younger residents. Beyond the buildings, The Strand Walk threads through the community along a 1.5-kilometre path shaded by more than 5,000 trees, linking gardens, pools and social spaces in a setting made for walking.
